Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

For cancellation, customer must contact with order number by email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refund will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days.

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance may lead to COD being restricted.

Paazeb may cancel orders due to product unavailability, payment issue, incorrect/incomplete shipping details, non-serviceable pincode, suspected fraudulent/bulk activity or unconfirmed COD order.
