Shipping area

Paazeb currently ships across India only.

 

Dispatch and delivery

We aim to pack every order with care and dispatch it within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Once dispatched, orders usually take 5-7 business days to reach you, depending on location and courier serviceability. Remote areas may take 7-10 business days.

 

Shipping charges

We offer free prepaid shipping across India.

 

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders with an additional ₹99 COD charge.

COD availability may depend on customer pincode, order value and courier serviceability.

If a COD order is refused, not accepted or repeatedly undelivered, Paazeb may restrict COD for future orders from the same customer.

 

Tracking details

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

 

Address and delivery details

Please make sure the shipping address, phone number and pincode are correct while placing the order.

Paazeb will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Address changes can only be requested before the order is dispatched.

 

Order claims, damaged packages and unboxing video

At Paazeb, every order is packed with care before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged package, incorrect product, missing item or tampered parcel, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Unboxing Video - Non-Negotiable Rule: An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to transit damage, missing items, incorrect products, tampered packaging or packaging issues.

The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened and should be continuous, clear and without cuts.

The video should clearly show the outer packaging, shipping label, sealed parcel being opened, all items received and any visible damage/missing/incorrect product issue.

Claims made without a clear unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Please do not discard packaging, invoice, tags, pouch, box or any product contents until the claim is reviewed.

Depending on the case, Paazeb may offer replacement, exchange, repair support, refund or another suitable resolution. All claims are reviewed case by case.

 

Delivery delays

Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals, strikes, natural events, remote locations or other situations beyond our control.

Paazeb will do its best to support the customer, but courier delays may not always be within our control.
