Return & Exchange Policy
At Paazeb, every piece is checked and packed before dispatch. Because Jewellery is delicate and hygiene-sensitive, return and exchange rules are limited and clearly defined.
Return policy
Paazeb does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or styling choices once an order has been delivered. Refunds or replacements are considered only in genuine cases, such as if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, an item is missing from your order, the product becomes unavailable after payment, or the order is cancelled before dispatch. All requests are subject to verification and approval by the Paazeb team.
Exchange policy
Eligible products can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags, packaging, invoice, pouch, box, and accessories intact. The product must be free from scratches, perfume or sweat marks, damage, or any signs of wear. All exchange requests are subject to inspection and product availability.
Items not eligible for return or exchange
· Pierced Jewellery,
· Customised or personalised pieces,
· Sale / clearance items,
· Used, worn, damaged or altered products.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the above items are not eligible for return/exchange for change of mind, styling preference or after being opened/worn. If a damaged, incorrect or incomplete product is received, the customer must contact within 24 hours with a clear unboxing video.
Unboxing video rule
An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to transit damage, missing items, incorrect products, tampered packaging or packaging issues. Claims made without a clear unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
Exchange shipping
For exchanges due to personal preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and re-shipping charges. If the issue is due to a Paazeb error, Paazeb will guide the customer after reviewing the claim. No product should be sent back without approval.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed only after the product/claim has been reviewed. Refunds may take 5-7 business days depending on payment method and bank timelines. COD charges, shipping charges and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable. For COD orders, approved refunds may be processed by bank transfer or UPI.
