Warranty & Repair Policy

Paazeb does not offer a blanket warranty on all products. Repair support may be offered on eligible pieces, depending on product type, condition, availability of parts and nature of the issue.

 

Manufacturing issue on arrival

For damaged, incorrect, incomplete or tampered orders, customer must contact within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video. Claims without a clear unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

 

Hidden workmanship issue

If there is a workmanship-related issue after opening, such as clasp, hook, joint, closure, fitting or finishing issue, customer should contact within 3 days of delivery. Product must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with invoice/packaging/pouch/box/tags/all contents intact and free from perfume, sweat, water marks, scratches, bends or mishandling signs.

If repair support is possible, Paazeb will guide the next steps. Exact matching of clasp, hook, lock, stone, pearl, finish, polish or any specific part may not always be possible. If same part is not available, Paazeb may suggest a suitable alternative only after customer approval. If repair is not possible, the team will guide honestly before accepting the piece for repair.

 

Repair support after use

Repair support depends on product condition, type of damage, availability of parts/materials, possibility of repair, karigar/vendor support and design sensitivity. Repair charges, replacement part charges, polishing charges and one-side courier charges may apply. Cost will be shared before repair starts. Do not send jewellery back without approval.

 

Delicate work

Mina/enamel work, pearls, gemstones, delicate jaal work, fine chains and intricate handcrafted pieces may not always be repairable. Exact matching of stones, pearls, enamel, mina colour, finish, polish or design detail may not be possible. Paazeb will guide the customer honestly before accepting any repair request.

 

Not treated as manufacturing defects

·        Tarnish or dullness due to natural silver oxidation,

·        Damage caused by water, perfume, sweat, chemicals or improper storage,

·        Breakage due to pulling, bending, dropping, pressure or mishandling,

·        Scratches, dents, bends or wear marks from regular use,

·        Lost stones, pearls, screws, backs, hooks, locks or parts after use,

·        Third-party repair or alteration,

·        Damage due to not following Jewellery Care instructions,

·        Normal wear and tear over time.

 

Cleaning, polishing or restoration support may be offered on eligible pieces case by case if service is available. Charges and courier costs may apply. Paazeb does not promise free polishing, lifetime polishing or guaranteed restoration.
