Refunds

Refunds are considered only in approved cases, including when:

·       The product received is damaged or defective.

·       An incorrect or incomplete order is received.

·       The ordered product becomes unavailable after payment.

·       The order is cancelled before dispatch in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

·       Paazeb approves a refund after reviewing the claim.

Exchange eligibility

To request an exchange, please contact Paazeb within 3 days of delivery.

·       Unused and unworn.

·       In its original condition.

·       Free from scratches, damage, perfume, sweat marks or signs of wear.

·       Returned with all original tags, packaging, invoice, pouch, box and accessories.

Paazeb currently ships across India only.

Dispatch and delivery

We aim to pack every order with care and dispatch it within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.

Once dispatched, orders usually take 5-7 business days to reach you, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability. Remote locations may take 7-10 business days.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping charges

We offer free prepaid shipping across India.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders with an additional ₹99 COD charge.

COD availability may depend on the customer's pincode, order value and courier serviceability.

If a COD order is refused, repeatedly undelivered or not accepted, Paazeb may request prepaid payment for future orders from the same customer.
