Refund policy

At Paazeb, every piece is checked and packed before dispatch. Because jewellery is delicate and hygiene-sensitive, return and exchange rules are limited and clearly defined.

Return policy

Paazeb does not offer general returns for change of mind, styling preference or personal liking once an order has been delivered.

Refunds are considered only in genuine cases such as damaged product received, incorrect product received, missing item, product unavailable after payment or order cancelled before dispatch. All cases are reviewed by the team.

Exchange policy

Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery only if unused, unworn, in original condition, with tags, packaging, invoice, pouch, box and all contents intact, and with no scratches, perfume marks, sweat marks, damage or signs of wear. Exchange approval is subject to inspection and availability.

Items not eligible for return or exchange

·        Earrings

·        Nosepins

·        Pierced jewellery

·        Customised or personalised pieces

·        Sale / clearance items

·        Used, worn, damaged or altered products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the above items are not eligible for return/exchange for change of mind, styling preference or after being opened/worn. If a damaged, incorrect or incomplete product is received, the customer must contact within 24 hours with a clear unboxing video.

Unboxing video rule

An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to transit damage, missing items, incorrect products, tampered packaging or packaging issues. Claims made without a clear unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Exchange shipping

For exchanges due to personal preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and re-shipping charges. If the issue is due to a Paazeb error, Paazeb will guide the customer after reviewing the claim. No product should be sent back without approval.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed only after the product/claim has been reviewed. Refunds may take 7-10 business days depending on payment method and bank timelines. COD charges, shipping charges and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable. For COD orders, approved refunds may be processed by bank transfer or UPI.

Silver care note

Tarnish is natural for silver and can happen due to air, moisture, perfume, sweat, chemicals or storage conditions. Tarnish caused by regular use or improper care is not considered a product defect.
